Floyd Mayweather is still 48-0. He also still has bragging rights over Manny Pacquiao. But as of Monday, Mayweather is no longer the owner of the WBO welterweight title belt that he won when he beat Pacquiao back on May 2.
Last week, the WBO told Mayweather that he would have to vacate the 154-pound WBA and WBO title belts in order to keep the 147-pound WBO belt that he won. He was also ordered to pay a $200,000 sanctioning fee for the 147-pound WBO belt. But Mayweather didn’t comply with the WBO’s requests, so they have stripped him of the 147-pound WBO belt.
